Central Iowa Shelter Services - Mulberry Corridor Real Estate Feasibility Study

Helped lead the design team in developing the Mulberry Corridor real estate feasibility study for Central Iowa Shelter Services as part of a concentrated effort to end homelessness in Iowa. Our team conducted a series of interviews with CISS to identify their vison. Through these interviews, SHYFT was able to identify CISS’ goals and project drivers. SHYFT is now in the process of conducting a site selection review, programming and design, 3D renderings, and project schedules and costs, and development cost modeling.
